20. Schule in Not
<p>Kindergärten, Grund-, Mittel- und Oberschulen sind geschlossen. Auch die Berufsschulen. Nur an den Oberschulen finden derzeit noch die Matura-Prüfungen statt. Schule in der Auszeit. Damit auch das Problem Schule. Hoffentlich nicht, sagen die Gewerkschafterinnen Petra Nock und Silvia Leider.<br></p> <p>Die Schule ist in Not, davon sind mehr als 1.000 Lehrpersonen überzeugt. In einer <a href="https://www.rainews.it/tgr/tagesschau/articoli/2023/05/petition--schule-in-not-arbeitsbedingungen-sind-nicht-mehr-tragbar-439c8967-fb1c-4ff9-8cc8-9d2eec4c1715.html">Petition</a> warfen sie dem Land und dem <a href="https://www.rainews.it/tgr/tagesschau/articoli/2023/05/schule-in-not--die-stellungnahme-der-landesschuldirektorin--2287a550-ccc4-40b6-9f5f-3207f4729ed0.html">Schulamt</a> vor, die Schule, die Lehrpersonen und die Lernenden im Stich zu lassen. Viele und große Probleme, ist die Schule tatsächlich in Not?<br></p> <p>Salto ist Gast im Büro der Schulgewerkschaft des ASGB, bei Petra Noch und Silvia Leider. Thema ist die Petition Schule in Not, die Kritik von mehr als 1000 Lehrpersonen an der Schulpolitik der Landesregierung. Die Schulgewerkschaften haben die Petition unterstützt. <p>Die aktuelle Debatte von Wolfgang Mayr mit Stefan Perini und Tobias Hölbling vom Arbeitsförderungsinstitut AFI über fleißige Arbeitnehmende im Billiglohnland Südtirol (Teil 2).</p> <p><br></p> <p>Der Unmut nimmt zu, mehr als <a href="https://www.rainews.it/tgr/tagesschau/audio/2023/05/lehrkrafte-fordern-mehr-hilfen-brennpunktschulen-51a3d141-f9f7-4395-936f-6bce661dd4da.html">1.000 Lehrpersonen</a> protestierten mit einer Petition gegen die dürftigen Gehälter, auf dem Landhausplatz in Bozen demonstrierten <a href="https://www.rainews.it/tgr/tagesschau/video/2023/06/bozen-grossdemonstration-fur-hohere-lohne--435e9682-0eef-419a-b7eb-07741e3820a7.html">Gewerkschafts-Mitglieder</a> für höhere Löhne. Die <a href="https://www.salto.bz/de/article/17052022/loehne-und-gehaelter">Gewerkschaft AGO</a> warnt, Arbeitnehmende verarmen. Signale, an die da oben, dass es da unten nicht mehr stimmt. Sie und das AFI bestätigen die bitter-böse Lohn-Analyse des ehemaligen Gewerkschafters <a href="https://www.salto.bz/de/article/30032023/niedrige-loehne-hohe-preise">Josef Perkmann auf salto</a>, Südtirol ein Billiglohn-Land. <p><strong>Stefan Perini und Tobias Hölbling</strong> im Sechsaugengespräch – der aktuellen Debatte mit <strong>Wolfgang Mayr.</strong></p> <p><br></p> <p>Das AFI hat mit der Arbeiterkammer Tirol und der Trentiner Agenzia del Lavoro die Arbeitsbedingungen in der Europaregion Tirol analysiert. <a href="https://afi-ipl.org/veroeffentlichungen/suedtiroler-sind-buggler/#.ZHcHeO_P1PY">Fazit</a>: Besonders in der Landwirtschaft, im Gastgewerbe und im Baugewerbe „buggeln“ die Südtiroler und Südtirolerinnen im Vergleich zu den Nachbarregionen besonders viel. Längere Arbeitswoche und mehr Überstunden, <a href="https://www.tageszeitung.it/2020/10/04/bescheidene-loehne/">geringe Löhne</a>, zeichnen die Südtiroler Arbeitsbedingungen aus.
