<p>Church eldership is a title and burden reserved for men. When your denomination decides to deviate from that doctrine do you leave the denomination or do you stay and fight for change. This is the position in which we find ourselves in my church. Even though most of you are not part of our denomination, the ideas here are worth thinking through. Have a listen to this conversation I had with my pastor to gain some insight and encouragement. </p>
