One being they need to put in a contact for us so we can reach out to someone. And two, how they actually want to engage with us. If you do threat down managed, then we have the rights and responsibilities to go. And whether we're isolating a machine, we see something suspicious that's going on, then we have the ability to go and do that. Or you can do guided. Now, when you do guided, we have to actually have a touch point with the contact before we are able to take any actions with it. […]
