<p>Humility(kerendahan hati) dan Teachability(mau belajar dan dibelajarkan) menurut gue adalah dua skill yang sangat berhubungan dan krusial dalam hidup. Banyak masalah dan rintangan dalam hidup kita yang mungkin ternyata solusinya hanyalah "sedikit lebih rendah hati dan sedikit lebih mau belajar lagi." Dengan menjadi rendah hati kita dapat lebih mengenal diri kita, tidak sombong dan tidak mengada-ngada. Dengan sifat mau belajar kita akan selalu melihat sisi positif dari setiap hal yang terjadi dalam hidup kita, yang kemudian kita ambil pelajaran darinya. CEO Disney, Robert Iger, adalah salah satu contoh yang pas banget untuk hal ini. Perjalanan panjang sejak menjadi salah satu karyawan terendah di ABC Television, hingga menjadi CEO Disney, menunjukkan bagaimana banyak sekali hal dapat kita capai dengan karakter kuat dari kedua sifat itu. Humility dan Teachabilitylah yang menurut gue membuat CEO Disney jatuh padanya, dan bukan orang lain. Harapan gue, episode ini dapat menjadi contoh dan lebih meyakinkan kita lagi atas pentingnya kedua sifat tersebut. Kita tidak perlu menjadi CEO perusahaan multinasional dulu untuk belajar rendah hati dan memiliki semangat belajar yang tinggi. Namun, kembangkanlah kedua sifat tersebut untuk kemudian menjadikan mu siapapun yang kau mau! Happy listening, and enjoy the ride!</p>

<p>Hello Guys! pernah gak si lo mikir "Hmm, gue mau ngapain ya di dunia ini? kyknya semua udah ada" tapi tiba-tiba ada orang entah dari mana bikin startup yang mengubah sebagian besar gaya hidup lo dan rakyat indonesia?
