『みんな違ってみんな良い世界』 今、まさに目に見えないものが 世界中に広がり混乱している中で、 それぞれがそれぞれの光に向かって 種を蒔いていく時期なのかもしれません。 この暗闇が明け、 その種から花や実を咲かせた時に、 想像もしていなかったような 繋がりが生まれていたり、 新しい自分に出会えていたり、 様々な可能性が広がるそんな世界。 私たちはその世界を信じ、 太陽のような暖かく優しいその光に向かって、 「どんな種をまいていこう？」とゆる〜くトークして参ります。 2018年にハワイ オアフ島で出会った2人が、 不思議で奇跡とも言える繋がりを通じてこの場所に辿り着きました。 私たちのルーツや好きなこと（ヨガ・海・旅など）を時には笑いや関西弁を交え表現していきます。

<p>エピソード１０</p> <p><br></p> <p>エピソード１０の配信が遅くなってしまいました。</p> <p>この文章を書いている今、感じることは「何事も、スケジュールどおりうまくいくことだけが正解ではない。」ということ。</p> <p>予定通りに行かないことにも何か意味があるのかもしれません。</p> <p>このエピソード内の言葉を借りると、これも「運命」なのかもしれないです。</p> <p><br></p> <p>私は数日前に熱を出して、７月２９日の新月にアップしようと予定し収録していたものを編集できず、新月当日が来てしまい、「あ〜どうしていつもこうなんだ？」と自分を責めてしまう声に溢れていました。</p> <p>でも、もう一つの私の隣には「あなたはいつもベストを尽くしてるよ、だから大丈夫！」という声もいることに気がつきました。</p> <p>まるでその声を私にリマインドするために起きた出来事だったのかもしれません。</p> <p><br></p> <p>今回のエピソードは、これまでのエピソード１から９までを通してお互いが感じたこと、そしてこれからのことについて話しています。</p> <p>皆様もどうかお身体ご自愛ください。</p> <p>そして、今自分自身にとって本当に必要なものを与える選択をしていきたいですね。</p> <p><br></p> <p>では、お楽しみください！</p> <p><br></p> <p>【お知らせ】</p> <p>次回は新月にと、このエピソードでお伝えしましたが、Seeds to the Sunは、一旦長期のお休みをすることになりました。</p> <p>いつも聴いてくださる皆様、ありがとうございます。</p> <p>またパワーアップをして戻ってくるので、その日まで〜！</p> <p><br></p>

<p>エピソード9</p> <p><br></p> <p>空っぽになると入ってくるしかない</p> <p>そんな無限の可能性を秘めた「スペース」</p> <p><br></p> <p>そこに、どんなものを埋めつくそう？</p> <p>楽しみ・喜び・ワクワク・時には休息</p> <p><br></p> <p>想像するだけでもワクワクしてしまう「スペース（余白）」について今回話しております。</p> <p>手放して、スペースをつくると、またそこに新しいエネルギーが注がれる。</p> <p><br></p> <p>スペースをつくる上での「手放すこと」についても、お互いが意識していることをシェアしてます。</p> <p><br></p> <p>何かに追われて生きていると、見えていたものが見えなくなったり、誰かに言われた何気ない言葉にトゲを感じてしまったり。</p> <p>この文章を書いている今、「スペース」は心のクッションにもなるなと思いました。</p> <p>2022年の半分をもうすぐ終えようとしている新月の今日、心のクッションに少しもたれてゆったりと過ごすのも良いかもしれません。</p> <p><br></p> <p>では、お楽しみください！</p>

<p>エピソード８ </p> <p><br></p> <p>今回は「感謝」について話をしてみました。 </p> <p><br></p> <p>感謝の言葉をいろんな角度から見ていくと、最後は「私たちはそれぞれの世界を創る、創造主になれるんじゃないか」という話にまで広がりました。 </p> <p>感謝の気持ちで過ごすことが、今の自分自身が持っている大切なものを気づかせてくれるのかもしれません。</p> <p>そして、大切なものはもうすでにそこにあるのかもしれないですね。</p> <p><br></p> <p>「感謝」というテーマから、こんなにも話が広がるなんて、私たち自身もびっくりした時間となりました。</p> <p><br></p> <p>では、皆様もゆったりとお楽しみください！</p> <p><br></p> <p><br></p> <p><br></p> <p><br></p>
