I talk about the importance of remembering that Instagram and other social media platforms are highlight reels and that you should never compared someone's angled, posed photo to your unposed and normal one. I talk about how social media can be an incredible place, if your feed is full of real people who inspire and motivate you. But it can be extremely damaging when it comes to comparing yourself to others and trying to emulate people.
