Find Your Part

Asking for and Accepting Help
I consider myself to be pretty independent. I can figure it out and do it myself 99% of the time. But in a Zion like place does that really serve me? On this episode we talk about the false beliefs that we carry about accepting and receiving help. If we are to become a Zion people we’re going to need to learn to ask and receive help from others.

Today I Feel Sad
Yesterday I broke down and cried while I was scrolling social media. It just hit me like a ton of bricks. It wasn’t for any particular reason that I could tell, it just was. Do you let yourself feel sad? Or do you cover it up with secondary emotions of anger and irritation? During this episode I discuss why feeling sad is so vitally important to our wellbeing and some tools of how we can do it more often.
