<p>Manchmal fühlt man sich so weit weg vom eigenen Herzen, fühlt sich unwohl und nicht bei sich. Oft kann man es gar nicht mehr so genau zuordnen, weshalb man sich gerade mies fühlt. Andrea Julia Stefanoni erkundet genau diesen Zustand und bemerkt, wie sie das Gefühl von Schuldigkeit und Scham kontrolliert. Sie entdeckt, wie wir uns einreden schuldig für etwas zu sein und uns damit nicht erlauben, uns gut zu fühlen. Es braucht ein inneres Erkennen und eine Erlaubnis, wieder weich zu werden und sich dem Frieden zuzuwenden. Und all das, was dann noch geklärt und geordnet werden soll, zeigt sich mit offenen Herzen von alleine.</p>

Je weniger wir unterscheiden, welche Gefühle da sein dürfen, desto freier werden wir und können verborgene Anteile in uns transformieren und zu Kraft werden lassen.
