Mediocridad en la Seguridad- La Verdad Detrás de las Infografías..
La Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo está viviendo una decadencia silenciosa. No por falta de tecnología, sino por exceso de mediocridad. Hoy abundan los prevencionistas decorativos (yo los llamo pseudo influencers de la prevencion), esos que creen que su trabajo consiste en producir infografías generadas por IA como si fueran estampitas religiosas para colgar en LinkedIn, instagram o cualquier otra red social de pacotilla.

La hipocresía del Día Internacional de la Seguridad Laboral
Cada 28 de abril se repite el ritual: afiches coloridos, mensajes institucionales, charlas improvisadas, fotos en redes sociales y una avalancha de frases hechas sobre “la importancia de la prevención”. Pero detrás de esa liturgia anual hay una verdad incómoda: el Día Internacional de la Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo se ha convertido, en muchos espacios, en un acto de hipocresía colectiva y esto no solo pasa en Venezuela.
