3 Learnings, wie ich die Angst vor den Meinungen anderer verloren habe: Wenn du beim Spazierengehen nur deinen Bauch überwachst, verpasst du die Krokusse. Ich habe so viele Momente nicht erlebt, weil ich zu beschäftigt damit war, darüber nachzudenken, wie ich dabei wirke. Sich ständig von außen zu betrachten, macht müde. Ich dachte lange, das wäre normal: auf die Reaktion warten, bevor ich entscheide, ob ich etwas sagen darf. Heute merke ich schneller, wenn ich wieder anfange, mich zu beobachten statt einfach da zu sein. Sichtbarkeit macht erst dann Spaß, wenn man sich nicht ständig selbst zensiert. Ich mag es, auf Insta zu sprechen. Ich liebe es, zu schreiben. Ich bin gern präsent. Und ich muss mir dafür nicht vorher zehnmal überlegen, wie ich dabei aussehe oder ob das jemand „zu viel“ findet.

Nenne mir visuelle, körperliche und auditive Erkennungsmerkmale, die typische Situationen in meinem Bereich schnell und unterhaltsam erkennbar machen.
