02: my happiness project 2024
<p>i was inspired to buy a self-help book today, and i stumbled upon "the happiness project" by gretchen rubin. gretchen describes this journey she had over the course of 12 months, where each month is focused on an attribute or goal that will in the end, boost her energy and happiness in life. it's such an eye-opening experience just 20 pages in, so I highly recommend it to everyone.</p> <p><br></p> <p>besides diving into how i would like to do my own happiness project, i also discuss the music that's impacted my life recently.</p> <p><br></p> <p>thanks for listening, love you, and remember to take care of yourself - bryce</p>
