Learning to Master the Art of Self-Care
This is an introduction to my ministry of Self-Care. Of ways in which we fill up our Well from which we give to others. Join me in this safe space, where we will explore and put into practice tools for Self-Care. Would you practice Self-Care if Peace on Earth depended on it? Because it does. Now more than ever, it is vital that we listen to the wisdom of the Buddhist precept that Self-Care is the path to Peace on Earth. We’ve been gifted with a global mandate to practice taking care of ourselves and the entire world to flatten the curve of the Coronavirus. In the midst of the trials we are facing, the gifts reveal themselves to us in perfect timing. I’ll share with you in future episodes what has been working for me on this path to Self-Care, and share what others have offered as ways to fill up their Well. It is from a place of fullness within that we are able to Be the Light Workers in this world. We will go deep. We will go long. This is for us. Time to let the Light pour out of us into this world.
