Alexandre is from Lille, France and is an English teacher at multiple universities. In light of IBS awareness month (April) and Mental health awareness month (May), Alex shared his personal experiences of having IBS and how it has impacted his mental health. We also talk about the low FODMAP Diet - this diet is designed to help people with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and/or small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO) figure out which foods are problematic and which foods reduce symptoms. We also share our experiences of teaching during lockdown - the highs and lows and how it impacted us. Lastly, we end with why we love the London food scene so much.
