Chris’ model with long yards is a unique blend of yard and lot storage geared to both small and large operators and small businesses. <br/>Chris gets into his proprietary model that he is franchising and discusses this lucrative niche. <br/><br/>Chris started in the trades as a young dad at 20 years old, and continued for over 12 years. Bought his first house in 2012, converted it into a duplex, second house in 2015, did the same thing, then he purchased my fist commercial property in 2017, on Bank Street (Longyards first location).</b></p><p><b>He cut the ribbon to open Longyards October 2019, & leased up the yards and had boats and RV's by the end of the year!
