In this episode, I give a brief introduction to myself and the purpose of this podcast. The main body discusses what it takes to accept your true self - understanding your mind, being compassionate towards yourself and learning how to make choices in life that are in life with your values. I draw on principles from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment therapy. Towards the end of episode I ask you questions to reflect on based on the topics discussed.
