EP 20. My Suicide Attempt - 1 Year Later

In episode 20, I share how life has been since my suicide attempt 1 year ago. I began my healing journey on July 7, 2019. Within this past year, I have learned to love myself, create my own happiness from within, be alone, and mend relationships. To assist with my healing journey, I prayed more, read more books, meditated, and spent more time with family and friends. I may not be where I want to be but I thank God I'm not where I use to be. I am proud of the progress I have made and the woman I am evolving into. Thank you to everyone that has supported me on this journey. :-)  Please leave a rating and review :-) Connect with me on social media! IG: thesemicolonpodcast
