007. From Conversations to Clients

In this episode, we're talking about another part of the client creation process that we've seen coaches get confused by: the space between an initial coaching conversation and making a proposal, where it's easy to end up either endlessly coaching with no direction or flipping into trying to convince someone to hire you.We share about learnings from our own years of flopping around in part of the process and the realization that changed things for both of us: people don't invest in coaching, they invest in help getting what they want.
