A former DEI business consultant and MIT Sloan lecturer, Malia spent years working with leaders before realizing she wanted to create impact beyond the corporate worldsupporting communities of color in a different way. Her early career included political organizing, and today her mission is rooted in one powerful truth: <strong data-start="978" data-end="1003">pleasure is political</strong>.</p> <p data-start="1006" data-end="1349">Together, we explore why so many high-achieving Black women struggle to connect to pleasure, how survival mode disconnects us from our bodies, and why pleasureand restare forms of resistance. We also share practical techniques for slowing down, reconnecting, and building a pleasure practice that feels intentional, embodied, and liberating.</p> <p data-start="1351" data-end="1731">Malia creates sex-positive classes, pop-up events, workshops, and retreats exploring pleasure, sexual health, menopause, and healing across generations.
