<p>I, me and myself is a very personal indication that often tries to reflect an individual’s personal choices when they express themselves. 21st-century world is emboldened with movements demanding personal freedom and protection of human and individual rights thereby fortifying individual’s right to feel, be and express the way they want to. Are rights, freedom and choices even existential or are these matters only relevant for policy discussions and arguments? If they do exist, who is responsible for protecting these rights? Is it the government, society, family or the individuals themselves?</p> <p>Is there an unspoken and unseen societal decorum that individuals still have to abide by when it comes to expressing themselves and accepting a particular gender role just in order to be accepted by the society? How long will it take for society to accept the individuals for who they really are and allow them to live the life they want to without succumbing to shame, embarrassment and vulnerability. Ultimately who are we to even judge how I, Me and Myself should express themselves as?</p>

<p>The opinion and perceptions associated with sex and relationship vary across the world. In some parts of the world, it is considered taboo to even speak about sex or have sex before marriage, whereas in other parts of the world it is as normal as it could be. Likewise in some parts of the world having more than one relationship and standing up for yourself is considered as a sign of empowerment whereas in other parts obliging and being loyal to just one partner regardless of what the relationship might look like is considered as the most noteworthy thing to do. Regardless of the different perception that exists, we can never deny the fact that relationship and sex will be with us as long as the human race continues to exist. So who are we to judge as to what one prefers and why should we shy away from expressing our personal preferences when it comes to sex and relationship? Amidst the different opinions and preferences surrounding relationship and sex, in this episode, we want to explore and understand the preference an individual holds when it comes to relating oneself with either pain, pleasure, or both in a relationship.</p>

<p>We all are very familiar with the most popular saying “ Don't judge a book by its cover." The saying might have started to sound cliché perhaps due to its overuse but let’s not all forget the depth the saying holds. To what extent have we actually imbibed the teaching this saying provides? Are we way too conscious about how others see us and are our physical appearance the only thing that matters? Have we let others' opinions influence our thinking about ourselves, be it either positively or negatively? Well, we indeed have lots of questions we are trying to find answers to and we can’t wait to invite our guests for today’s episode to answer the questions surrounding body positivity.</p>
