<p>Dear friends, </p> <p> In this episode I'm happy to introduce to you my spiritual teacher, Akhilanka. I met him first time 4 years ago and with his guidance had a profound transformative experience. Since then his support was there when I needed it and I'm very grateful for that.</p> <p> Recently I visited him again in his Temple of Singing bowls, Mysore. We were meditating, chanting, practicing with singing bowls, had fascinating and super insightful conversations. When listening to his stories about his life I wished we would record that ! So, when I came back home I was "pulled" to record and share his experience with the world.</p> <p> P/S.
