89. 2026 夏 - 日本行
<p>去年今日，我太太人生中第一次去日本玩。</p><p>那次吃了三頓旋轉壽司，她想吃的和牛壽喜燒、高檔握壽司都沒吃到。</p><p>在她抱怨了一整年後，我們再度登陸日本，吃了和牛涮涮鍋 (想點壽喜燒但是點錯)、和牛燒肉、高檔握壽司，還花費大量點數住了這輩子絕對不可能花錢去住的高檔飯店。</p><p>但是，如此高規格的行程，最終帶來意想不到的後果。</p><p>巨大時差帶來的身體壓力、滿檔行程造成的過度勞累、每天兩萬步後悶熱不堪的鞋子，導致劇烈爆發的濕疹瞬間生滿她的雙腿雙腳，加上表面傷口細菌感染帶來的強烈發炎反應，讓她二十四小時不間斷地癢到如坐針氈、輾轉難眠、寢食難安。</p><p>幸好我們距離台灣很近，她下飛機第一件事情就是去看皮膚科：醫生救我！</p><p><br></p>

88. 我能給的和不能給的童年自由
<p>封面照片是ㄉㄉ等等在公園吃點心「滿天星」，一個老字號餅乾。</p><p>我小時候很喜歡把滿天星插在手指上吃。</p><p>看ㄉㄉ等等也做了一樣的事情，感覺就像再活了一遍童年。</p><p><br></p><p>這集主要是回憶我在童年成長中所得到的自由，思考在ㄉㄉ等等童年成長過程，在未來大概五、六年之間，我能給予她們什麼樣的自由。</p><p>ㄉㄉ等等的童年相較於我自己的童年來說，雖然她們少了體罰謾罵，但以受到管束的時間來說，是比我要長得多的。</p><p>所以這集在某種程度上算是自我反省，要記得留一些時間、空間給ㄉㄉ等等，讓她們去做想做的事，或者讓她們按小孩的方式打發時間，不要一直盯著她們去做所謂的「正事」，不要擔心她們浪費時間。</p>

<p>我帶ㄉㄉ等等去露營三天兩夜，非常開心。相較之下，我太太在家放假三天兩夜，卻感到前所未有的孤獨。</p><p>人怎麼能這麼難搞？！</p><p><br></p>
