You're no longer seeing the big caravans going down 26th Street and Little Village with a helicopter above and men with long guns. Now you're just seeing the cowardly acts of one or two masked men. grabbing someone, throwing them in the back of a car and leaving the neighborhood within five minutes before people can have their whistles and alert neighbors and let people know.
