That's one of the biggest mistakes I see people make. It comes from a simple reframe and revelation, the reframe. Substack is difficult and strange because it's a hybrid platform, a kind of system that allows us to reach people through very different environments. People encounter us differently depending on where they read us, on the web, in email, or in the app, not to mention notes, chat, lives, podcasts, and audio.
