About Systems Famous: Raising the Standard for Group Programs by Putting Client Results First
You say your offer gets results? Prove it. 😏
Prove It is the podcast for coaches and service providers who have big plans for their businesses, are obsessed with getting their clients results, and want to keep growing without their client experience slipping through the cracks.
I’m Ashley Rose, a client results tracking and systems expert, and I believe the best businesses don’t just promise incredible results ... they actually TRACK them. 📊
They know what’s working, who’s winning, who’s slipping through the cracks, and where their offer needs to improve to get their clients even better results.
On Prove It, we’ll nerd out on WHAT to track (even when your results feel impossible to measure) HOW to actually track it using simple systems and automations, and what to DO with all that results data once you have it.
Because when you know what’s actually happening with your clients? You can use that data to make your offer easier to run, simpler to sell, and prove you’re as legit as your sales page says you are.
Let's dive in!
I think sometimes when you delegate enough of your business, you can forget that you’re actually REALLY GOOD at doing the things. 😂
Today I’m coming off four straight hours of client delivery, including a three-hour VIP Day where we clarified a client’s result, built her results tracking, and set up her Client Hub basically from scratch.
We finished EARLY.
And I walked away thinking:
Oh yeah. I know what the hell I’m doing.
Welcome back to my Results-Focused Offer Refresh, where I’m taking you behind the scenes as I simplify my offers, get closer to my clients, increase profitability, and basically clean up not just my kitchen sink offer... but my kitchen sink BUSINESS.
In this episode, I’m talking about:
What I learned from stepping back into a three-hour VIP Day after phasing myself out of most custom client work
Why focusing on CLIENT RESULTS completely changed how I approached the systems we built
How getting back into delivery is confirming that I’m taking Systems Over Stress in the right direction
Why I’m feeling weirdly nostalgic about wrapping up my done-for-you era
The way I’m thinking about frustrating parts of my business as “the last time I have to do it this way”
Why I want my business AND my boundaries to feel unrecognizable by the end of the year
How my Client Hub is keeping me grounded while I make a million changes at once
What happened when I ran payroll, reviewed my P&L, and handled bookkeeping tasks myself after letting go of my OBM
The little opportunities to increase profitability that I’m noticing now that I’m deeper inside the business again
Why doing more myself right now does NOT mean I plan to do everything myself forever
This is definitely a WORKING season of my business.
But instead of looking at everything I’m doing and thinking, “Oh my God, why am I doing this myself?”
I keep thinking:
This is probably the last time I’m going to do it this way.
October is my month to wrap up the loose ends.
Finish the old client work. Clean up the systems. Get closer to delivery. Understand the numbers. Find the unnecessary expenses. Close out this version of the business REALLY freaking well.
Because I want November to feel like a clean slate.
Not an entirely different business.
Just a new version of it that feels significantly different to run.

I Pushed Back My Launch... Here’s Why (And Zone of Genius vs Zone Of Excellence)
I pushed back my launch.
And weirdly... I feel REALLY freaking good about it.
Today was one of my coaching days, and I went into it feeling overwhelmed trying to do two very different things at the same time:
Wrap up the done-for-you side of my business REALLY well.
AND prepare for a launch.
Turns out, running an agency and a group program at the same time requires a LOT of energetic switching. 😂
And as I’ve been cleaning up not just my kitchen sink offer, but my entire kitchen sink BUSINESS, I’ve gotten really clear on something:
Done-for-you implementation is my Zone of Excellence. It is NOT my Zone of Genius.
I’m really freaking good at it.
People pay me well for it.
I’ve spent years mastering it.
And it drains me.
So in this episode, I’m talking about:
The difference between your Zone of Excellence and your Zone of Genius
Why being GOOD at something doesn’t necessarily mean you should build your business around it
Why I’m intentionally retiring a lucrative income stream
What I believe my actual Zone of Genius is after six years of doing this work
Why I’m NOT recommending immediately killing an offer just because you’ve outgrown delivering it
The expensive mistake I made years ago when I shut down my profitable group program to launch a lower-ticket template shop
Why sometimes your Zone of Excellence needs to fund your transition into your Zone of Genius
The two options I was considering for wrapping up our remaining done-for-you clients
Why I ultimately decided to push the Systems Over Stress launch into November
The question my coach asked that made the decision feel really obvious
Why giving myself more time means fewer sleepless nights, fewer skipped workouts, and a launch I can actually be fully present for
October gets to be about CLOSING OUT.
I want to wrap up every remaining done-for-you client beautifully and put a pretty freaking bow on this era of the business.
Then I want to walk into November with a completely clean slate and say:
LET’S LAUNCH THE THING.
I could have technically done both.
But just because you CAN carry everything at once doesn’t mean that’s how you want to run your business.
And for maybe the first time, I had the financial breathing room, the coaching, and the self-awareness to simply buy myself more time.

A Very Real Launch Day: Crying, Deadlines & Getting It Done
Can you run your business while you’re sad?
Today’s Results-Focused Offer Refresh update is a little different because, honestly, I spent a LOT of today crying.
I got some unexpected news in my personal life. I left my Pilates class early because I couldn’t focus. My workday absolutely did NOT go according to plan.
And I also have a launch coming up.
I have a sales page that needs to get done. Coaches who need time to review it. Existing clients to support. Done-for-you projects I’m wrapping up. Travel coming up. And a whole business that doesn’t stop existing because I’m having a hard day.
In past seasons of my life, something upsetting happening could easily turn into, “Well, I guess I can’t work today.”
Today, I’m learning how to hold both.
I can be sad AND keep running my business.
In this episode, I’m talking about:
What happened when my personal life completely derailed the workday I had planned
Why I let myself fully crash out and cry instead of pretending I was fine
The boundaries I put in place so I could stop waiting for another text or update and get back into my work
Why I’m still getting my sales page to my coaches TODAY, even though it isn’t completely finished
How “done is better than perfect” is showing up during this launch
Why I’m thinking about discipline as a gift to Future Ashley instead of “fuck your feelings and follow the plan”
The things I know I HAVE to prioritize during high-capacity seasons so tomorrow doesn’t become even harder
Why going to the gym, eating in a way that makes me feel good, and taking care of myself become MORE important when business is busy
How I’m balancing launching, client delivery, travel, relationships, and taking care of myself
Why I’m trying to take some of the financial pressure OFF this launch instead of gripping onto “this HAS to work”
I’m not saying there aren’t days when you need to call it.
There absolutely are.
But I’m getting much better at recognizing the difference between “I genuinely need to stop today” and “I’m having feelings, and I can have those feelings while still doing the things I said I was going to do.”
Today wasn’t my most productive day.
But I cried. I turned off my phone. I worked on my sales page. I showed up for my client. I recorded this Live.
And now I’m going to the gym. 😂
Sometimes that’s what running a business looks like.
