What I am saying is what needs to actually be handled, communicated, set up differently in your container, in your onboarding, in your client experience, in your reports, in your dashboards, in your one-on-one meetings, whatever it is that you have with your clients. Because if I am hiring an expert in a genre that I am not an expert in, I fully expect that person to be coming to the table with what actually works and what I need to be doing in order to get the best result possible or at least to have the best chance of getting the best result possible.
