<p>台灣自大清時代就有進口的牛奶膏，到1930年代一冬進口40萬箱。台灣人本底無食牛奶的習慣，是按怎食遐爾濟牛奶膏？牛奶膏按怎是予紅嬰仔、病人、老人食的營養品。這集講牛奶膏佇台灣的變化佮發展。</p><p>Tâi-oân chū Tāi-chheng sî-tāi tō ū chìn-kháu ê gû-leng-ko, kàu 1930 nî-tāi chi̍t tang chìn-kháu 40 bān siuⁿ. Tâi-oân-lâng pún-té bô chia̍h gû-leng ê si̍p-koan, sī án-chóaⁿ chia̍h hiah-nī chē gû-ni-ko? Gû-leng-ko án-chóaⁿ sī hō͘ âng-eⁿ-á, pēⁿ-lâng, lāu-lâng chia̍h ê ióng-ióng-phín. Chit chi̍p kóng gû-leng-ko tī Tâi-oân ê piàn-hòa kap hoat-tián.</p><p>Taiwan had imported condensed milk since the Qing era, and by the 1930s, it was importing 400,000 boxes each year. Taiwanese people traditionally did not have the habit of drinking milk, so why did they consume so much condensed milk? How did condensed milk become a nutritional food for infants, patients, and the elderly?
