So I'm thinking about a client that I'm working with now that does all sorts of calming meditation and grounding and all kinds of wonderful things and how. changing the breath to be, he does this as a vertical breather. And it's not that you can't do it. It's just more work. So if you actually change the breath to be diaphragmatic, so your breath is in sync with the mental state that you'd like to be in, then you actually can go to a deeper state of meditation. […]
