About fifteen years ago, I went through the most tormenting season of my life — I could not sleep.</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight:400;">Night after night my mind raced. I was anxious and terrified. Nothing I tried worked — not teas, not medicine, not routines, not forcing myself to ‘just relax.’ I felt helpless, hopeless, exhausted, and honestly… I felt like I was going crazy.</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight:400;">Through the help of the Holy Spirit, I finally realized that peace had already been given to me — and the enemy had stolen it.</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight:400;">I learned how to stand in my spiritual authority and take my peace back.
