<p>Stress is destroying us as teachers. Let's face it, teaching is one of the most stressful jobs out there. We teach and influence the lives of our future leaders but we teachers are burning out and falling away from the profession due to stress. But don't worry teachers there is a solution to our enemy called stress and that is SELF CARE. In this episode, we will take a deeper look at what stress does to us as teachers, and I will share a personal story about how stress nearly took everything away from me. Ladies and gentlemen... this is the Tales of a Terribly Terrific Teacher challenging us teachers to no longer allow stress to destroy us and the work we do. </p>
