Before Traveling Across the Globe

On the first part of this two episode series, Talk About It Teens will host a "pre-trip" interview with members of Hathaway Brown's Global Scholar's Program who are traveling across the globe through a series of international, selective school trips over the course of 2023. Taryn Kucharski, Carmella Muersan, Frances Berglund, Isla Rollinson, Alexis Everett, Eva Kroh, Viviana Elin, and myself, are traveling to either South Korea, Italy, Zambia, or Spain in the upcoming spring or summer break. We talk about our fears going into a ten to fifteen day trip without a cellphone, dive into the itineraries of our selective programs, our hopes and predictions as to how we feel post-trip, and realize all at once that these trips are coming sooner rather than later! Join us in the "Before Traveling Across the Globe" episode of this series, and stay tuned for our "After Traveling Across the Globe" part two, and finish when we return. This podcast is hosted and produced by Colleen Nakhooda and is available wherever you get your podcasts.

The Workings of Our Teenage Minds

On episode four of Talk About It Teens, Marin Mondora and Sydney Steffee join me on our thoughtful insights on all things mental health. In society today, talking about mental health is becoming increasingly more normalized and accepted. We breakdown stigmas surrounding anxiety, depression, prescribed medicines, and school accommodations, by connecting our personal experiences to the greater understanding of mental health and its various forms. Listen in, see the relatability, and enjoy three girls talking about the workings of their anxious, chaotic, and beautiful teenage minds. This podcast is hosted and produced by Colleen Nakhooda and is available wherever you get your podcasts.

Taylor Swift Takeover

The time has come for an entire episode to be dedicated to Taylor Swift. On this glorious third episode of Talk About It Teens, guest interviewees, Isla Rollinson and Meredith Hays, join us in a swifty takeover. While trying to avoid the traumatic experiences of Ticket Master, we touch on our immense passion for Taylor as a role model along with her musical brilliance. This episode will also consist of a breakdown of her most recent short film "All Too Well (10 Minute Version)" and her newest album "Midnights", as we near the upcoming weeks beginning her newly released Eras Tour. If you are not a Taylor Swift fan, we hope that episode three can change your mind. This podcast is hosted and produced by Colleen Nakhooda and is available wherever you get your podcasts.
