Anxiety, Gratitude and the Low/No industry with Jonny (Better Without)
We are very pleased to be launching season 2 episode 1 of the ‘Open Up Not Man Up’ podcast. Produced by Toby Field, Hosted by Tom Watson and music by Gavin Thorpe. Tom sat down with Jonny from the ‘Better Without’ app where he and his team create a place where finding and discovering low or non alcohol, beers, wines and spirts is made easy. There are shared passions here given that Talk Club have recently launched our very own non alcoholic IPA beer ‘clear head’ in collaboration with the Bristol Beer Factory. In this episode we discuss Jonnys personal journey with managing his anxiety and what ultimately lead him to leave his 9-5 and start the app. We explore the topic of alcohol, the reasons we may drink, the growth of the low and no industry and the importance of the pub, (Which I know we all cant wait to get back too) There’s also loads of tips throughout that will help you with your mental fitness.
