Podcast Overview

Talk It is the show where we talk about things no one wants to talk about. It’s a space dedicated to talking about issues most humans have to go through including toxic ex-boyfriends, depression, job losses, rejection, healing from breakups and all the other hard things in life, so if you’re human, this is the podcast for you. 3 years ago, I managed to pull myself out of a dark place and in those days I found comfort and connection in hearing people share their real emotions about their struggles. I find connecting with a real human to be harder and harder these days with the seemingly perfect walls in place to make sure no one catches a glimpse of the real them. Talk It is the space where we don't fear issues we're facing, we talk about them. This show's name comes from the Urdu word ‘Taaqat’ which means power or strength. In fear of looking weak, we hide these vulnerable emotions, but, in fact, talking about them takes away the power from the situation and lets us reclaim our potential. Come listen while we talk it.

New episodes drop weekly on Tuesdays.

Let's stay friends:

Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/theaminaahsan/
TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@theaminaahsan/
