Heya peeps – its Friday and that means one thing…  It’s the weekend babies!! It’s fun time, it’s you time. Yet another 5-day week crammed into 4 (possibly even 3), no doubt that you’re ready to unwind to the max. It’s quite fitting that in the craziness of cramming in all things work, that tomorrow, Saturday 1st of May, we celebrate Worker’s day. And it’s pretty ironic that it’s on a Saturday too. Giggles and irony aside, work has been something that Covid has really made people reassess and re-evaluate. With massive losses, shutdowns, company closures, retrenchments etc., work has become a treasured activity. The eventing and entertainment industry has been one of the hardest hit by the shockwaves of Covid. Most faced immediate closures and shutdowns on the basis of no crowds being allowed to gather. No audience, means no moola to make the eventing machine turn. Remember it takes an ecosystem to entertain you cool cats.  With that in mind, let’s celebrate the heroes who make it their job to make you smile and entertain YOU.
