Episode 12 - Lynn Ralph
<p>In our final episode of Talking AFLW, presented by Bing Lee, we chat with Lynn Ralph.</p> <p>In our inaugural season, former club director Lynn Ralph was given the honour of the inaugural Sydney Swans AFLW number one ticket holder in 2022.</p> <p>Ralph, the first woman to be appointed to the Sydney Swans Board, has been a strong advocate for women in football and the development of the code in NSW for more than two decades.</p> <p>Ralph was a Foundation Member of the AFL NSW/ACT Commission and has also played an instrumental role in founding L@SS (Ladies at Sydney Swans), the club’s official women’s supporter group.</p> <p>Talking AFLW, presented by Bing Lee, will bring Swans fans up to date on the competition so far, provide some insights into the build of our team, and introduce fans to some of the key figures in the FIRST ever Sydney Swans women’s team. </p><p>See <a href="https://omnystudio.com/listener">omnystudio.com/listener</a> for privacy information.</p>

Episode 11 - Lexi and Cynthia Hamilton
<p>In episode eleven of Talking AFLW, presented by Bing Lee, we chat with sister duo Lexi and Cynthia Hamilton - a double act with more than a favourite footy club in common!</p> <p>18-year-old Cynthia played nine of a possible ten AFLW games in her debut season, that after being the club's third selection in the 2022 AFLW draft (pick 11 overall). Coming into the season, Cynthia was touted as one of the best current NSW/ACT talents and she proved why in her inaugural season. Cynthia capped off a whirlwind debut season to claim the inaugural Sydney Swans AFLW Club Champion award. Cynthia was a consistent performer for the Swans with her standout game in the final round of the season against Geelong which earned her a nomination for the AFLW Rising Star Award.</p> <p>22-year-old Lexi was described by Scott Gowans as a natural leader, playing all ten games this season. She arrived at the club having played three AFLW games with the Gold Coast Suns and North Melbourne. Episode 10 - Lauren Szigeti
<p>In episode ten of Talking AFLW, presented by Bing Lee, we chat with another one of our inaugural co-captains, Lauren Szigeti.</p> <p>Lauren played in the VFLW for the past three seasons, representing the Darebin Falcons before signing with Hawthorn ahead of season 2021.
