<p>I was having a rough few weeks and I just couldn't find my footing. I fully believe vulnerability is a strength but when I am struggling I try to shield myself without even knowing and this was really just me talking about going into nature to connect to something... anything. It feels delicate to say it out loud. I feel exposed but I hope that you find insight when you are having a rough go. </p> <p>I seriously cannot express enough how much simply going for a scenic drive can help to settle your mind. <p>After being triggered recently and luckily being able to address and deep dive into healing, I realize this podcast is for me to be fully transparent as I have adventured through this life. Adventuring will continue to include outdoor activities but now it will be the full depth of adventuring into the exploration of life. I will more openly speak on my mental health, my relationship and love for magic mushrooms, being Black in America, my own privileges, and so much more. </p> <p>I read a quote a year or so ago that essentially embodies what I feel my purpose in this podcast is that goes: "You never know when your truth will liberate another." I am here to share my truths in hopes it helps you explore deeper into your life. </p> <p>This will also make it more realistic for me to upload regularly which really excites me. </p>
