Rabbi Yitzchak Breitowitz is a Senior Lecturer in Yeshivas Ohr Sameach in Jerusalem and Rov of Kehillas Ohr Sameach. Until his family’s Aliyah in April 2010, he was the Rabbi of the Woodside Synagogue in Silver Spring, Maryland and Professor of Law at the University of Maryland Law School. He received his rabbinic ordination from Ner Israel Rabbinical College, his BA from Johns Hopkins University, and a JD from Harvard Law School (magna cum laude). He has written and lectured extensively both in the US and Israel on the interface of halacha and contemporary society, with a special interest in medical, family, business, and legal ethics. He has also written many basic sourcebooks on Jewish values for NCSY, an organization that does Jewish outreach to teenagers, and has many shiurim on YouTube and TorahAnytime.

Rabbi Yitzchok Summers was born in Los Angeles, and is the son of Rabbi Avrohom Summers, founding Rov of Anshe Emes. He attended Yeshivas Chofetz Chaim for 13 years, where he was very close to the Rosh Yeshiva, HaRov A. H. Leibowitz ZATZAL. He received Smicha from HaRov Leibowitz and also from Maran HaRov Moshe Feinstein ZATZAL. He has been the Rov of Anshe Emes since 1987, which has developed into a מקום תורה ותפילה, with a wide range of Shiurim and programs. Anshe Emes is also the home for the community Keylim Mikvah, and its members are at the forefront of many communal resources.
