<p>In this episode, Penny Swain is joined by Danielle Fisher (United Learning Trust) to discuss how the trust created the Future Teacher Programme, taking control of its long-term teacher recruitment pipeline by bringing in graduates to get first-hand classroom experience before committing to the trust's SCITT programme. </p> <p>In the second half, Penny speaks to James Marsh (Teaching Personnel) about the practicalities of making the Future Teacher Programme work and how other trusts are now using the Apprenticeship Route into Teaching and the Apprenticeship Levy to achieve results. </p>
