The gift of sight
<p>Have you ever thought about eye donation? Did you know you can still donate despite a cancer diagnosis? In our latest episode we are joined by Manny Marchesin. Donating for the greater good
<p>Have you ever thought about giving an organ to a family member to save their life? What about donating to a complete stranger just for the greater good? </p> <p>On today’s episode I am joined by Steve Liston. Steve has no experience of kidney disease in his family, but last year chose to donate his kidney to save a stranger’s life. Four new organs
<p>Any organ transplant is a huge procedure to go through. Receiving four new organs is life changing.</p> <p>In episode one of our latest season, we speak to Brendan Cole. Brendan is our first ever multivisceral transplant patient, he received a new small intestine, liver, pancreas and duodenum, all in one hit almost 15 years ago and hasn’t looked back since.
