<p>Motivational talk</p><p><strong>You are enough - Self-love is not selfish.</strong></p><p>“There comes a point in our life, where we feel inadequate, worthless, and exhausted and most of the time we are exhausted because we have invested our time to people or a certain individual all of our time, effort, and love to only be taken advantage of. </p><p>They teach to treat people the same way we want to be treated but never emphasised the importance that not everyone will treat you the same way you treat them, even individuals you love and care about and that is where it becomes exhausting and you lose sight of your self-worth.</p><p>But today that needs to change. Because You matter, you deserve to be happy, you are strong, you are confident and just like everyone, you have strengths and weaknesses but most importantly – you, you are enough!” – Talks with En</p><p> </p>
