What is a virtual office; this is a organisation where work is done outside of the definition place. The management of such work is done remotely or virtually. You might get overwhelmed with how to move forward after Covid-19 pandemic effect. Some organization will find it easier to embrace virtuality while other may not. For founders and managers the following key factors are important in making a success of a virtual organisation. Advantages 1. Distance does not hinder the accomplishment of work, meeting, collaboration, sales, conferences etc. 2. Productivity level increases significantly. 3. Overhead cost reduces significantly. 4. Work can be spread across time zones. 5. Your organisation can focus more on primary objective. Disadvantages 1. Requires technology tool understanding by management 2. Empowers employees. 3.
