Meditation with Dr. Sheryl Attig
Dr. Attig came to speak to two of my courses on the Psychology of Meditation. This is a required listen for anyone who was not able to experience it in person. She also talks about the two courses she offers that are upper division Psychology Courses here at Tri-County that will transfer to ANY state school. One is the Psychology of Religion and Spirituality (PSY 221) as well as Human Sexuality which is (PSY 208). These can be electives or possibly transfer credit for those who are going into this field.
