Ask the right questions to understand their N E E D. Without conducting a discovery call or needs analysis, how do you know what product or service to suggest that they would be interested in buying? A great business owner and salesperson understands they are the guide to help their clients reach their desired destination. The client is the hero. Your product and service is the guide. This concept was inspired by the book Building A Story Brand by Donald Miller</p>
