<p><strong>Living at the beach: Is it Good or Bad?<br> </strong><br> EPISODE 001<br> <br> LISTEN AND ANSWER ON INSTAGRAM:<br> <br> Many people have at least once asked themselves about their quality of life. Some of them more than others. Some have asked this question every day of their lives, always with a self-reflection intention: Am I living a good life? Don’t I deserve a little bit more of what we can call a life of peace and calmness? Well, if you have ever wondered where the good stuff could be found in order to live a new perspective of work and fun, then I should give you a hint: Go live at the beach! <br> <br> Living at the beach is more than I could ever expect. <br> <br> When I was twenty, I moved away to Canada in order to create new network bonds and, obviously, to find my place. Three years in-a-row and I couldn’t handle snow and cold anymore. Canada is amazing, no doubt but, as a Brazilian girl who has always lived in a hot and warm country seeing snow 8 months straight in front of my yard was too much. <br> <br> I was trying to find a way that I could balance work, quality of life and fun all together. So the following thought came to my mind: I should live at the beach! GENIUS!<br> <br> I took my bag all the way up to the airport and caught a flight back to Brazil with one thing in mind only: Quality of life.<br> <br> I have decided I would settle in Santos and since I got in this city I have felt the good smell of a summer city again. Furthermore, I changed completely my lifestyle. I Had never practiced exercises they way I do now and, if I’m feeling my body and my mind well, I don’t need to go that far to have fun and feel myself free again.</p>
