Monica Gold is a FIERY, energetic Canadian dancer, choreographer, content creator and the Founder of Find Your Fierce (FYF). FYF is a dance & fitness company known for its empowering dance choreography and signature Cardio Party classes best described as Zumba meets Beyonce on a Triple Shot Espresso. That means RIDICULOUS ENERGY, and a heck of a lot of sweat! The power of social media brought Monica a dedicated following of fans and participants leading Monica to become a major force in the dance world.
