His report titled <a href="https://www.apec-econ.ca/publications/view/?do-load=1&publication.id=471&site.page.id=2000" target="_blank">Responding to the Labour Challenge in Atlantic Canada’s Digital Sector</a> is the second industry deep dive examining the labour skills challenge in the region and is the topic of today’s conversation. Patrick led the 2019 report that TechImpact released on <a href="https://www.techimpact.it/publications" target="_blank">Digital Technology Firms: Their Importance and Role in Atlantic Canada’s Economy</a>.
