<p>Gianna Collier is a Philadelphia-born, Northeast-bred actor, photographer, and film creative currently based in New York. She received her B.A. in Cinema Studies from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts before training in Meisner Technique at Terry Knickerbocker Studio under the tutelage of Terry Knickerbocker. </p><p>Gianna’s expression through art runs the gamut from digital and film photography to fashion styling and poetry. Through her acting work, she finds that she is her most authentic self and enjoys the vulnerability and empathy that the art form requires — something she believes society greatly undervalues. She has appeared in several commercial projects for major brands and short films, and has also been featured by GLAAD and Seventeen Magazine for her LGBTQ+ advocacy work.</p><p>In this episode, we discuss Gianna's re-discovery of acting and find out how she uses her vulnerability to her advantage.
