It's World Mental Health Day

You never know what people are going through and you don't want to be the one who send them further in a hole. If you are going through a situation that prevents you from thinking straight, from functioning as you ought to or from just getting up to get to the things that should be done, seek help, find ways to get over it. Don't stay there and fight it all alone, don't be too shamed or afraid to ask for help. You deserve to get back on track! Be blessed!!!"</p>
