Texas Legend BRYSON (BJ) WILLIAMSON
<p>Bryson Williamson played a solid role in creating Texas surf culture in the 1960s. Bryson considers his mother "The godmother of Texas surfing" and make no mistake, he is a part of a strong family that played a vital role on our coast. Bryson founded the Texas Gulf Surfing Association, built shaping rooms for legendary shapers such as <a href="https://www.brewersurfboards.com/">Dick Brewer</a>, and has even played a role in the movie Broken Waves by<a href="https://www.amazon.com/gp/video/search/ref=atv_dp_pd_dir?phrase=Lauryn%20LeClere&ie=UTF8"> </a><a href="https://www.amazon.com/Broken-Waves-Origins-Texas-Surf/dp/B07D4647FT">Lauryn LeClere</a>. Bryson rarely agrees to be interviewed, so we are thrilled to have him as our first guest!</p>
