Let’s talk Chinese or speak Chinese or at least about the building on iron balls which are great if you have PTSD or if you’re a yakuza. One of the two they help you with stress and they make a nice singing sound this episode is a little brief history about the batting iron balls and my brief history with the mounting iron balls that still continue to this day I am taught you how to use them through this podcast and I will show you on my Insta how to use the stress balls properly and on my Facebook page. Basically you use them when I get pissed off.
