Uplift others!
In this episode I talk about how girls/guys/etc see other girls/ guys/etc as their competition. Simply based on how attractive that other individual is they compare that to their own attractiveness. As if they are trying to tear themselves or tear others down. We should be uplifting one another and have a “girls supporting girls” “guys supporting guys” etc. type of mindset.

In this episode I talk about how easy it is to compare your life,body,successes,etc. to those of other people. What they want you to think,whether that’s a celebrity or whatever it is, they want you to think that their life is this amazing thing that you wish you had. Which could either be one of two things and illusion or that they actually worked their ass off to get to where they are at. What you need to keep in mind is that no one in this entire world is you. So make that work for you and take advantage of that simple yet amazing fact.

People come and go and that’s life. In this episode I’ll be talking about that even though people leave your life that is an opportunity for others who are meant to be in your life to enter your life. Whether that be for a specific chapter or level of your life or the rest of your life is open for interpretation. But when people leave your life you don’t have to feel anger, resentment, or anything negative. If you feel up to it you can message those who’ve affected you that way and get the closure you need. If you feel comfortable or not the choice is yours.
